Country Code is different

When i start The Kal MainSvr.exe i get this : "Country Code is different[AuthSvr:252,MainSvr:0]

Anybody know what to do?

hmm,it starts only when i use the country code 252 and then i cant make a char,because he dont accept the german/english letters ^^

But doesnt start,i get this : Country Code is different [AuthSvr: 252,MainSvr: 0]

And if i start the dbSvr it starts not in "Eng" it starts in "Kr"....why ? :(
