    PHP Code:
    echo"
    <tr>
    <td align=center>
    $topf</td>
    <td><img style='margin-top:8px; margin-left:6px;' src='flags/"
    .strtolower(geoip_country_code_by_addr($gilastip($r[0]))).".gif'></td>
    <td><b>
    $nn</b></td>
    <td><font ><font color='navy'>"
    .jobofcharranking($r[6],$r[7])."</font></font></td>
    <td width='50'><font >
    $r[5]</font></td>
    <td width='50'><font >
    $guild</font>
    </td><td width='150'>
    $design_2_1</td><td width='55' align=center>$status</td></tr>

    first of all u trying to load ".gif" file while u have ".png" one...

    if u asking me just cancell it ... it will cuses flames over your server .
    anyway i think you should check outher site releases to understend how the code should look like.
