1, check if you put right port to xlate-e [ mainserver port is in serverside->mainconfig ]

2, also check if right IP in xlate-e [ ipchicken.com ]

3, also open your ports on router if you have

4,also disable your firewall protection of your AV maybe it blocks it

MD5? do you use e/config.pk3 << that 3 should be probably behind that,, if that's so, get a MD5 keytracker, and add it to your config files on the serverside, if you use .pk3 files and the md5 isn't in your config on server side, then it still does that.
