SORRY FOR DUBBLEPOST!!!
But i found the solution for this problem =)
I dont know, should i laugh or should i cry....
the only problem at this error is, that all who have this problem don´t have DirecX or the newest Graphic update.
Click Windows-> Start-> dxdiag-> tab:graphic or screen or something i have a german version :P
