Few server problems

Hello I have a few problems whit my server, Rise2Shine, watch this image

as u can see the F1 menu dont work, i downloaded WEBADMIN and dont got F1 to work, please tell me what files i most change/copy, and then there is the npc fail, the added NPCs in webadim v2 dosent have a name just NULL and they dont do what they are supposed, please tell me how to fix or link me to a guide for this. thanks
