Help about Launcher, and What u think about this

Hello all. Im new, and i want make a private server of kalonline. please dont say : ahh another noob who want makes a server for 2 weeks -.-... I want make it for my self... just for have fun.
atm, i have no problem with it, it works nice ^^ but, i want know what u think about my log screen hehe.







And more important, I want to make my own launcher (like server, i'm making it from 0, didnt take a repack). But for this, i really don't know how to proceed. I think i must write it in a programation language... ? i tried to found a guide for that, but didn't find. So if someone can help me for that it would be nice from him ^^ (btw, if there is any guide for make a launcher, im sorry :s, so can give link plz ?)

ah yes, i forgot, please don't answer just a thing like : do it urself, or u are too noob... blah blah, i'm here for geting help, so if u don't want help me, don't answer =)

use C# or Diphy (idk if i spelled it right).
There is no "real" guild on how to make a updater.
Dont ask me cuz i dont know how to do that... lol... i had to pay someone to make my (well going to) i lost some PHP and outher files need to run my older updater which was free from Rak3 ^^. and dont ask him too... he dont have any of the files.

Ok thx. So it's "only" a basic launcher in programation language C ? not another one ?
I don't know much in these language, but i know from friends that launchers are not the more complicated to do ^^

Yea, only thing it needs to do is

engine /load /config debug

Do you need an updater with updateserver ... ?

Yes, i make my own server only for lan, but can be also nice if i have my own launcher with updated =). Then ill work a bit more with C. ^^
