[Help]*Can't connect to my server

Alright. i'm kind of frustrated.
I can't connect to my server although
Login server started
Database started
Mainsvr started
but when i go in game i click on
It says Unable to connect to server
may i know if its becuz i dun have config.pk to edit the ip?

change your IP in config.pk in xlate-e.dat (your IP OR for you own to localhost)
open the MainSvrT port and normaly you're done

If i want people to connect to my server i have to that too right?
well i have done it but i only changed something in the config and when i try to start the game it just shows the hacksheild and then it doesn;t working.
what's the problem?

Hello Kalfriends,
i m newbie at to make own Kalprivat server.I tryed so much but i got already "Server is on Maintence" I search here on forum for help read 3 days posts.not found the problem.Have installed Solidus repack and Mssql 2000.
I follow the instruction that here posted.Can any tell me what i did wrong?
