Help| I Cant Drop Anything

when im not admin i get items from monster try to drop
them and then its says me on the chat window the Dropping
is temporally Disable Some Thing like that
what to do?
and also like the dropping when i try to open a shop its say Trading is temporally Disable
*Note I didnt use admin command (/get) i just get items from monsters

what level are you....you need to be something like 21+ or 11+ i cant remember

I know but its need to say you need to be level 11 to drop and i level 44 and i use Vladi repack

you can only drop things on ground not on objects
