try reinstall your internet browser, then it may apppear.
you dnt understand me , if i open KalOnline.exe they make update but i need laucher to connect to my server , where i need to change IP ?

well you need a custom launcher you can delete the orginal (dont run it or your server not work and you must reinstall kalonline),
change xlate-e in config.pk ip: to your ip. (there you can change name too)
go to:

download the tools, use the launcher "start" (first copy it into your KalClient)

there is a readme on how to use the PSupdater.. read it before you ask a stupid question.
engine.exe /load ftw
use updater2 and put ur IP in server.ini so others can connect when u make a patch
were i can download updater2, been searching for a while, woot noob questions ftw..sory
