[Help] Make a quest that i can see when i press Q

Hi, what do i need to do so when i talk to a npc and accept the quest then when i press "Q" i can see the quest there.
how do i do?

Would be good if someone make a quick guide here.

Search trought e.pk and config.pk, there is a Task.dat or something like that somewhere.
