ok listen do that:
go to config on client side of vladis. go to inititem go to speed up line.
speed up is (index 447) go right alot and u see there is specialty.
buff(x x 35) (x=anynumber) for example leave the x x change the 35 to like 350.
then save it on ur client/data/config folder
go to ur server files look for config folder.
go in it look for init item . and do the same as ur config client got.

look towards the end of that index line an you will see the specialty.
buff(x x 35) (x=any number) for example leave the x x change the 35 to like 350.
then save it in ur client/data/config folder

Make sure you copy the changes to the server side inititems.txt too or this wont work.

its hard to change it just make a new one like i got normal speed (index 1024) and GM speed (index 5019 ) easy i never changed the speed...
