hmm whats wrong?

hello everyone i feel bad for these noob questions (3rd job problem)

i got the .dll in client & server side

i used this tut:

Added initnpc.txt it say duplicate error in red
so i search index and replaced html

now added quest.txt. in server side config. quest.txt
Now MainSvrT gets no red error

i added e.pk file in my e.pk it asked to replace files so i clicked replace

now i open game login etc . i got in cop and click npc nothing happen & no icon pop up
