How can i change the exp of the mob?

i want make a pvp server, so i will make high exp.
the mobs must give much exp, how can i make this?

i dont like high exp servers...

some like, some don't like....but high exp are needed for this who like PvP :D
I preffer PvE :D ( low EXP of course = more fun in parties)
