ffs, prefix can be which toi/top/tow u want on item to be when u /get or /storage it...
or it can mean quantity of the selected item (has to have plurar, so it stacks under 1 slot in inventory)
like bjorn said be4... write 100 to get 100 speed meds, or use 92 for kings, u can find all other talismans if u try atleast
