How can i recolor skills or change them

how can i recolor skills or change them i am using paint.net but i get a error when i make from the .gb file a gtx or dds file when inject them to paint.net so please someone know how to fix (NO Photoshop here and can't get on here so dont say that i need to get that please i hafe some prob's with it)

Genetix is an awesome prog to convert GTX-DDS and visa versa i also use paint.net..the link to Genetix is here on the forum somewhere..ill edit my post once i find it. ^^ that SHOULD fix ur errors

You cant do a gtx/dds file from a .gb file

Also for editing try Paint.NET

it opens .dds and is really useful + it free
