How edit /notice

Hi all
I downloaded a repack gladiators
and every time I write with the notice appears
[GladiatorS Kal Notice] before my text
I was wondering how to edit it
and notice that the red and into the middle of the screen
wanted to return to normal
sorry my bad english

1.Go to config.pk
2.Go to message-e.dat
3.Search for (sys 113 "[GladiatorS Kal Notice]")
4.Change it as you like ;)
