How to change SP rights.

Hello again RZ community.

I have stumbled on something. I cant seem to find way to change rights to SP's... At this moment they have same commands as GM's.

Now someone wiser than me once said that if SP has same commands than GM it would cause havoc..... much havoc.

Well i know how to workaround the problem, just rename certain commands but im interested into setting certain commands for certain Positions

i would appreciate if someone knew solution to my problem.
