How to make admin or gm player ?

Question is : How can i do GM or Admin Player. I try to use Admin Panel but problem is that it does not see new configuration i do.

go in msql 2000 in the database in kal_db go to tables then right click player then show all in list or somthing then set the adim line as 8 rember if you have 3 characters there will be 3 list so make sure it the right character.

in db /player table /admin Row:-player =0
- gm = 5
- Head gm =8
- Admin = 11(onlye 3 of thm)
