There is no command to port an monster...
There is, if you code on your own. ^^
If you'll go into C++, change monsters' coordinates and let it walk 1 meter to update his position.

To port monster to ur place then u need monster scroll's
may be it's right ??
/summon -i index monster !!
summon mobs and scrolls or move to any mobs only possible but u can't port a monster with command u can change places only no more ^^
There is no port function ready to use for mobs like it is for players. That's why I explained it.
/spawn . is much more easier it is the same point that will bring the mobs to you =D
As far as i know its possible to moveto mobs . but the port command aint that useful while you can spawn mobs:)
/move mob
Index of mob
/spawn
/summon -i index monster !!
Clean server can use this command？？？

None of these commands work on clean server.
