I have a question to WebAdim v2 Repack

Hello.. Have a question to WebAdim v2 Repack... someone knows how to change in " config.pk " the srever IP und Name? Cause when i open the config.pk with PDE and take key 4 it doesnt work... it shows me these strange things... someone who knows how i edit it please help!!!

open the config with pk editor > x-late
change ip have fun
