i have a "NULL" problem

check your config.pk, it isn't good.

You need to add names of npc's
for example if the index of your npc (in InitNPC.txt) is 1500
you got to config.pk/message-e.dat and add (npcname "W00t ^^")

use a pk editor in here and open your config.pk (put in the pk pw ) then go to message-e.dat and change or add

well if you use teh DAT-Tool out of this pack it works with Drag&Drop^^ swordcrypt is explained and the others work with douple klick
