correct me if im wrong but in InitItem the number is 647
but i wan't to change the speed of it but i don't know what to change in InitItem.txt to make it faster or higher grade

you have to change the highlighted text.
I think 12 = speedup effect
1800 = duration in secs
and 45 = effects "power"

could be that I mistake speed up effect for effects "power"
