    You gotta edit them in manually using the model number and coordinates.. you gonna need a map editor..

    Actually, no. The flags are NPCs.

    Code:
    (gennpc (index xxx) (country 252) (kind 8) (shape 4x) (html ) (map 0) (xy xxxxxx yyyyyy zzzzzz) (dir xxxxxx yyyyyy))
    Change the index xxx to any index that inst used in your InitNPC.txt.

    There is 5 different Flags, from 40 to 44. Obviously, its (shape ) that tells which NPC to use.

    After that, you put the coordinates in (xy xxxxxx yyyyyy zzzzzz). You can know the coordinates in game by typing "/coordinates". (dir xxxxxx yyyyyy) is the direction of the NPC, you can use the xy of the coordinates and play a bit with it to change its direction.

    Sorry if its not clear enough, I'm not really good at explaining things. :p

    It's very very simple.. here is a small tutorial that will help you.

    This is the code that you should enter into your InitNPC.txt file..
    Code:
    (gennpc (index 520) (country 252) (kind 8) (shape 41) (html ) (map 0) (xy XXXXXX YYYYYY ZZZZZ) (dir XXXXXX YYYYYY))

    ================================================
    The following info is not part of the code it's just telling you what's what.
    ================================================
    For "index" use a number that's not being used already.
    For "country" use 252 always.
    For "kind" use 8 always.
    For "shape" use 41 and 44 as they are the ones At used and that's what you wanted.
    For "xy" use the coordinates where you want the flag.. if you wanna know how to get your coords go ingame and type "/coordinates" and it will give you 3 different numbers type them in order here.
    For "dir" use the "XXXXXX" and "YYYYYY" you used for the "xy" as "dir" means the direction of the flag, you can play around with the numbers a bit til you get what you like.
    ================================================
    That's finished.. now just save the InitNPC.txt and restart your server.
