Hello i would like to ask for helpplzzzz on how to add items addded to the InitItem into the SQL Database for kal. can anyone help me?

u need to add the lines into inititem.txt and into inititem.dat (with a pk editor)

i added, but nothing happened, how do i make it work on Client Side?

Go to server files > Config > Inititem .. look for Puppi's guide (in the guide section), step to step guide about adding items etc.
