Items Plus Give Money?

How Do I turn on events?
And give myself money? I go into the item datbase but that does not work.
I cant sell or drop my imported items its weird T_T.
Help me out here please?
I am using Vladis Repack.

sell 1 item go in your database & search for IID 32 and set your money higher
/get is boundet so youst /storage [playername] [index] [prefix] [how mutch]

item 31 is the geons and you cant type /get 31 either.
