Hey dudes

first of all ty for all great guide's and releases .... somethimes it was hard to understand but finally it (all) works :D

but now iam realy stucked...

i wanted to creat a luncher for our server so i toke 1 from other server and looked where i have to set up our ip in ..... but our ip is too long for the lines ... if i add 2new blocks with 0 then the luncher get an error and dont work anymore..



our ip have 24 letters but 22 letters are only possible ... any ideas how i get 2 more blocks without a destroyed luncher?

Just like ace said, you should use a DNS :) no-ip is a good one for free.

if ur IP is static, just use that... if its dynamic use no-ip correct.

ah ... iam a nub ... 3 days ago i known nothing about db .gtx. etc etc .... but now through some guide i can handle mobs iteams maps etc .... but kocp/kosp and md5 -i cant set it up ... arg well md5 is nothing for me and our server (just for 4)

i ask bloodyx but after my first question he blocked me - what ever ... would be any guilde or download area for kocp/kosp i wounldnt ask a scripkidding guy like him...

if your ip is assigned from your isp...

if you use a router , goto the status page in router and
dhcp release
turn of modem
wait
turn on modem
dhcp renew
sometimes it will give a shorter ip
ie. 12.123.123.12 or 12.1.12.12

if you dont use a router , get 1 or...
goto start, run , type cmd
then type in dos prompt
ipconfig /release
turn off modem
wait
turn on modem
ipconfig /renew


this probably wont help you , said because, i never seen a isp assign a 24 long ip
but it will help some1 im sure
