Keeps gettign expelled when i log

Okay, so i was trying to make a test server to test stuff out for myself. I downloaded the Vladi repack, everything matches and all, but it keeps kicking me from the server. I have some screenshots below, but i have no clue how to sort it out. It'd be helpful if someone can lead me to some sort of success cuz it's been 3 days and i'm quite new to making my own server here.

I know there are several guides around but some of them are quite unclear for a noob such as myself. I'd be grateful for all your help!

edit: and yes it says config error but those are all jibberish atm :(

in your serverfiles open config.properties adn make md5 checksum = flase... its on true now
