download xampp from google , setup it , add it in c:// , open htcodes folder from xampp folder as the following , c://xampp/htcodes
and add to it the files of reg from ragezone then go to any browser and write 127.0.0.1 , and u can reg ur acc

just disable your antivirus and download it again ,

if u wana use reg page .. setup xampp

and copy this "reg.php" ( attached register.rar ) to ' C>\xampp\htdocs . and open it with
127.0.0.1/filename.php
