KOEM problem crypt

Hello everyone, yesterday friend of me did buy KOEM from AyleN still KOEM V2 come out but when i try encode my pks files via cmd.exe like he did written. I always get "Error open pk filesomething was wrong while crypt the pk files. Please try again."

Anyone could be able help me or just explain me with more information.
