Maybe : Turn off the cooldown from config.properties make it false (Just try iam not sure)

Aylen make an updater that have bugg on it... and that's why you get kick players and players can not use skills becouse they will get expelll... Try not to add the last update from KOSP R11 and KOCP R11 ... If you will not fixed... Contact me i will help you : add me razvan_dui@hotmail.com

i had the same prob too.. but with r10..

change this to 10000... like this

AllowedMaxAttackPoints =        kick -v 10000

Yes you can change but if you do that wit kick -v 10000 you will have a lott of hack's ...
