Login button broken

I've searched this quite a bit through the forum but the answers just don't make sens to me, I'm new to this whole private server thing as I'm sure you can tell.
We'll I've almost got the server going but when I try log in nothing happens, just sits at the login screen. In other forums I think people are saying its a 'CSocket Error'.
If some could pleeeeaaasseee post a step-by-step process on how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah i looked at that but even that confused me :s, I couldn't find the 'engine packer' through google and I'm also not sure where to put the 'config.properties'

the config.prop should be in the server files folder (where you start your server)

Ah yip thats where it is sitting, must need the engine packer then :s if anyone finds a link please post here, I'll go for another hunt.
