I know find offset with ctrl+g but what mean nop 5 bytes or something,jump etc ?

Learn the basics of asm that's all you need for this.
if he say nop 4 bytes then go to the adr. and hex the next 4 values to 0x90 0x90 0x90 0x90.

hahaha sorry but that one was a good one: "back again[...]i'm so bored ... sorry but i dont have time[...]" if you're here, derping around in this section and working on a server, you have to much fucking freetime and your argument is invalid!
Instead of derping around, playing around with useless shit files, you(and many other people) could get their asses off and start to read fucking books. The argument I don't have time to learn coding is so fucking invalid, really.
