Monester Drop Rate !!

At First Hello For Every One ,

Can Any One Explane to me how i can change at the drop rate ,

may be it's set is 1% or lower !!

i played yesterday for 3 hours and got 1 drop ,

can any one tell me how i change it or share to me Drop Rate prog please ?
