New exp stone

how do i make an exp stone that gives an ceratin ammount of exp?

ex: the old one givies (ex)10x and the new one gives 20x.

i think exteco made those scrolls already but then instead of giving 10/20% he made it so people could turn on their own exp event... maybe he could help ya
