New item, new npc

Hello KalOnline community.
I am sorry for that noob question but I wanted to know how to make a totaly new item let's say item that will give me 1000 hp more for 30 minutes, and my second question is how to make my own npc with custom items.

or if you want a video, i made a tutorial 5 years ago about making new items and edit any merchant
it's in arabic , but i think if you follow what i did you can figure it out :)
