    No-ip

    Hello guys ,
    Ive got a dynamic ip adress so i cant host server .
    I spend like 2hours reading topic at ragezone but i cannot find my answeres.
    Can someone of you tell me how to setup server with no-ip ?
    I just need to make account and page , download no-ip program , change ip adress at xlate-e.da to my url at no-ip and thats all what i need to do ?

    If you have a dynamic IP your not going to be able to host an actual server, your going to need to find someone with a decently fast connection with a static ip. Then setup a DNS with no-ip and have that dns point to the persons ip. Your other option that will cost you some cash is, get you a server (id actually suggest a VPS is all your hosting is a kal server) something with a good amount of bandwidth, or unlimited if you can find a host that offers a true unlimited option. Make sure your vps has at least a 1-10MBps connection. Then after you have that just setup a domain or dns pointing to your vps's IP.. and your good to go on that part.

    well you can contact the internet company to make dynamic ip if you want host no-ip with out dynamic ip (you must everyday when your ip changes change on no-ip website (whats kinda annoying)..

    thats why the no-ip programm is there, just auto-start ;)

    maybe you also need to open ports on your firewall/router. No-IP worked everytime for me at my test-server
