Does anyone have an idea how to enable notice popup window when players select a character ?

event_bg.bmp

NOTICE_SHOW=1
when i test notice.dat ingame it works fine, but it wont popup when players login and select character.
What am I missing?

In NoticeE.dat *VER must be higher or equal than/as NOTICE_VER

uhm i just tested the thing and it is the way i first wrote...
NOTICE_VER from setting.ini will always take the last val from NoticeE.dat and display all.
NOTICE_SHOW must be 1 to display it
In old engine it works, but i guess not in 2016 engine?
In 2016 the text msg works, but I coudnt set the event_bg to work, noticever must be higther then onenoticever, and notice show must be 1 to display, like Skansmer told before, but for the event_b, idk

well i don't have 2016 engine nor a server so i can test with.
but looks like they changed to show on login to show ingame.

Seems they made a new window for it which doesn't have the list.
but u can fake it....
