What port which you want to open? 80? check youtube again.
and you should have your router info , or contact ur company .
I see alot tutorials but cant doing that :( I need open port for up my server :)
Port 80 should be open by default, and if some other port is to be opened eg 30001 40001 and 50001 just follow the steps and use them instead of port 80.
Step 1: Got to command prompt (type cmd in start).
Step 2: Type "ipconfig" in the black window.
Step 3: Look for your routers address:
Mine is 192.168.8.1
Step 4: Go to your internet browser (IE, chrome, firefox etc.) and type the router address in the search bar.
The rest I simply can't help you with as I have no clue how your router's interface looks, google is your friend.
Step 5: Open the port "80" and use the ipv4 address of your server, this can be found in cmd as well: 192.168.8.101 is mine, you only need TCP if i recall correct.
Good luck.
Update: If you still have troubles your antivirus or firewall could be blocking the connection. First you want to check if the server works by going to the url "localhost" in your web browser.
If this works then its only outside connections, try going to cmd again and type "netstat -a -o" and look for port 80. If there is an address with port 80 with status "Listening" then the firewall or antivirus is probably the problem. However if it still doesn't work go to cmd with "netstat -a -o" and look for port 80 and find the PID, with the PID find the service uses it and make sure that it is your server and not some other program. This is likely NOT the problem.
The PID can be found in "Task Manager" under "Services". I hope it was to some help.

Check if your server is "Listening" in netstat when the server is running.
Sorry if i confused you with my first post, but you should for sure try disabling your firewall and antivirus completely and see if incoming connections can actually connect.
This can be done by going to start, type "firewall", go to windows firewall and turn it off, in the left panel you should see a button labeled "Turn Windows Firewall on or off".
The antivirus I cannot help with but should be simple.
@DemonChicken better use Teamwiev and you can help me ;) I cant open alone and why :(
If you want to open a port , it won't take a minute :) , honestly at first i couldn't know how to do it
so i was using this application ,it's very helpful , all you need to do is , just install it , choose your router name / company
write the port you wanna add , and it will keep doing it itself
