Polishing

I have a problem i cnat make the Polishing Stone limit down, i seacht for any other help theards here in the froum but dont found.
Can u tell me how to do ?? plz

I done it like this, set all country code to (country 0 1 2)

Some say only 2 but than all merchant were gone or only 1 2 but than all mobs are gone..xD so i did 0 1 2 and i have no problems and the limit is gone too!! xD trie it in all your server files!
