auth - db - mainsvr arent the same type
you need to make sure that the events etc are the same ... (pretty much just download a repack and take, auth,db,main from there)

i was only shutdown my server and restart my pc.
when i want to start my server, there is this prob.

no, but the bind eroor is sometime coming, sometime not
some other progman is useing a port that that the main server is trying to listen to its as simple as that try changeing the ports it listens on
i was scanning all ports.
They are all free
its an easy prob you can solve - you only need 2 things to check:
1st: check if you got somi Item on this index and if you forgot to add it into --> (server Side) LanguageM_en.txt or LanguageM_kr.txt
if this doesn't work
2nd: Go into your db and delete all guilds in the CastleWar column (dont remember the right column name) Its the column where all guilds will set if they register to CW. Thats all!

check in your config.pk the port and IP - when you changed port you have to change it there too
