[Problem] Really freak. KOSP Premium.

I have very hardcore bug.

First of all, dont ask me about Table Design changing etc. because I'm not idiot.

Bug:
When I log in into Game, on normal char or gm char, old or new char etc. and I put on my weapon/armor part, I can't put on more items on me. I can't put another one weapon, I can't wear Armor parts. That's freak, because I cant put off this item again. So I have only 1 try to put 1 item on my character.

I can drop all items, destroy it, etc. But I can't attack mobs, wear more items. When I want to wear full set, I must close game and run it again, like 20 times (every time, only one item can put on me)

I did backup of Config (server side), Config.pk2, E.pk2... Not working.

EDITE:

I did DataBase reinstallation, I cleaned it, put on old Configs, reinstall game, and still this same error.
Have you ever got this problem?

NVM I am Idiot xD :P

Problem: I don't know "How?" but my EquipmentChangeProtect was set to 10000 [ms]... Changed it, and works fine now.
