[Q]After port 30001 is opened...

i opened port 30001 and when i try to connect from my pc (the hoster) it still shows me that it's unable to connect to the server :/

if i am the hoster i can connect only from 127.0.0.1? and if it is, will i connect to the server that all other players plays on?
