mh..you just need to open the mainSvrT port (here: 30001)
you have put your right IP or if you have a dynamic use hamatchi or No-IP...
and the ports are open on your firewall on your PC also on your router than?...
well...if this all not help I don'T know^^ maybe someone else can help you by this

Didint work :( its got only work with the hamachi but when i log in i get expelled.. :/
strange !
all my knowledge about that is this step's !
1- be sure that ur server runing
2- open ports 30001 80 81 , allow ur remote desktop !
3- run ur mainSvrT and be sure its sys " server ready in port ... "
4- open SERVER.INI and put ur no-ip !
5- give da ip for ppl and they will be able to connect

Look at Windows Firewall + installed firewall stuff...
I connect with 127.0.0.1 or with no-ip adress? the server is runing on my home-pc..
127.0.0.1 for local connect , and no-ip make ppl connect ur server !
