he means the bar where you put your skills in, the shortcut thing. 1 2 3 4 etc.

He wants to join the 10 skill bars on the right into one large one. (1 skill bar can have 10 skills). Get it ? he wants to have like 100 skill slots on the screen at the same time so he doesnt have to go to the next bar just because of a skill. But then you'dd run outta shortcut keys.
You can't do that. 10 is the maximum, if you would have 11 skills in one bar( if it were possible), you couldn't assing that skill to any shortcut key, cause you damn sure don't have an "11" key on your keyboard. Unless you assign it to a letter that isn't being used, but that means engine modifications. Good luck.
