(SkillInfo 33 5 100 8000))

33 = the skill ID of the mob
5 = probably the skill GRADE
is this right?

100 = ???what is this? - something with delay? when I change I dont see diffrence..
8000 = ??what is this? - something with delay? when I change I dont see diffrence..
