Yes, here is my code from Quest.txt:

The complete error description:

No the second "(case" is wrong.
It should be
(quest (index 5100 1)
(case (if (item (4000 5)))
(then (html 900673)))
)

Dont know what the quest should do so it might not do now what you want it to do.
