Question about the R11

I search in the hole forum but i cant find a solution for my problem....

I want to install R11 on my server. (I took the Vladi Serverfiles)
I Changed the Serverside sucsessful if i start the MainSvrT it works =)

But i i change the engine like the tutorial i only got Error with NULL please help me. Or the launcher do nothing ... Updater starts but if i push Start nothing happen....

1. I intall KOCP on the clean engine, open with HxD and put the ProtectC.dll 2times on it.

2. Change the Engine.exe PW with kal-Server controler and MD5 checksum the E.pk and config.pk

3. I pack the engine.exe with npack

4. Change Config.pk and E.pk to PK3

5. on the last i put the MD5 hash on my Config.properties

If i do this 5 steps I push Start on the Launcher and nothig happen !!! ... -.-
