I did Odbc settings.Where are the problem?

the problem is , your php version couldnt read odbc_connect function
so you have to install php correct , enable odbc connection in it, and be sure your web service support odbc

define the odbc_connect function and it will work ...

i thought odbc error so im asking 32bit or 64bit
