reset specific passive skill

Hello :) , i have some players out there in my test server , and i had changed grade of some skills (

passive skills ) from max grade 10 into 5 , but still some people have max grade 10

so i'm asking how is it possible by using database to reset this specific passive skill for all players :)

go to kal_db --> dbo.Skill (?) and change at every passive skill level 10 to level 5. but i would recommand to shutdown the server
