Server Lag

hey every one.
recently i noticed that i have lag at my server
then it became stronger and i don't know why
and i noticed that when i run my server cpu usage sometimes
reaches 100% i checked process running and i found that main server
use like 40~70 and i realised that every time i try to do something
with my pc it came up high
if someone know how to fix it ill be glad


some info might be useful:
- i use windows 7 home premium
- my processor is 3 ghz dual core
- my ram while running server doesn't take much 60% at most
- i use addons ( 1vs.dll ~ Autobuff.dll ~ buff.dll ~ LifeAbsorb.dll ~ LunaS.dll ~ LunaSpawn.dll ~ NewAi.dll )
- i am using koem v2 with madknight cracked main.ll

one of this dlls can do lags, delete them and let's see again what's happen

thanks guys problem solved it was NewAi.dll causing that lag and all other addons work perfect
